Daily and maximum loss calculations

Daily loss limits the amount an account may lose during a defined trading day. Maximum loss limits the total permitted decline for the account. The applicable percentage, calculation basis and reset timing are the values shown for your programme in checkout and the dashboard.

  • Open-position loss, closed-position loss, commissions and swaps may all contribute to a limit calculation.
  • A limit may be breached even when a position later recovers.
  • Static drawdown is measured against a fixed reference level. Trailing methods move with qualifying performance until the stated lock condition is reached.
  • Dashboard warnings are informational; you remain responsible for maintaining sufficient room before entering or holding a trade.
03

Profit objectives, trading days and progression

A phase is complete only after every required objective is met and Axion has completed its review. Reaching a profit target alone does not override minimum trading days, account status, identity checks or conduct rules.

  • Profit targets are calculated on the programme balance specified for that phase.
  • A trading day counts only when the programme definition and recorded activity requirements are satisfied.
  • There is no automatic right to progression while trades, data or account activity remain under review.
  • The next phase may use different objectives, loss limits, split or permissions.
04

News, weekend holding, automation and platforms

Permissions are programme specific. The live matrix identifies whether news trading, weekend holding and Expert Advisors are enabled for each phase.

  • Automation must operate from an account and environment authorised for you and must not be used to copy, coordinate or disguise prohibited activity.
  • Platform availability, symbols, leverage and execution conditions can differ by plan or server.
  • An add-on applies only when it appears on your completed order and active account configuration.
  • Technical availability does not convert a prohibited practice into an allowed one.
05

Prohibited and abusive conduct

Axion evaluates genuine trading skill and risk control. Activity designed primarily to exploit a platform, price feed, latency difference, account relationship or review process is prohibited.

  • Account sharing, selling, renting, nominee trading or allowing another person to control the account.
  • Coordinated opposite positions, group hedging, copy networks or mirroring intended to guarantee an outcome across accounts.
  • Latency arbitrage, stale-price exploitation, price-feed manipulation, server flooding or execution abuse.
  • Using unauthorised third-party credentials, identity documents, payment methods or devices to evade controls.
  • Opening duplicate identities or connected accounts to bypass limits, promotions, restrictions or prior enforcement.

Axion may request explanations, logs or supporting records and may invalidate activity where prohibited conduct is reasonably established.

06

Consistency, reward eligibility and reviews

Where a consistency percentage is shown, the account must satisfy that condition before a reward can be approved. Reward eligibility also depends on the active split, minimum days, verification, payment integrity and absence of rule breaches.

  • Displayed simulated profit is not automatically payable.
  • Reward requests may be held while trading, identity, sanctions, payment or technical reviews are completed.
  • Approved rewards are contractual payments from Axion resources and are not withdrawals of customer deposits.
  • Chargebacks, disputed payments, inaccurate information or prohibited activity may result in rejection, reversal or account closure.
07

Technical events, disconnections and data corrections

Contact support@axionfunded.com promptly if you believe a platform, price feed, credential or dashboard issue materially affected the account. Do not continue trading in a way that increases the disputed exposure while relying on a later adjustment.

Axion may use server records, execution logs and provider data to correct obvious technical errors. A visual delay in the dashboard does not change the underlying programme calculation or create permission to exceed a limit.

08

Rule updates and the version that applies

Axion may update programme rules for future orders. The version shown at checkout and attached to your order normally governs that programme unless a change is required by law, a provider, security needs or is clearly beneficial and does not reduce an acquired right.

Questions about the rules attached to an existing order should include the order number, challenge type and account login when sent to support@axionfunded.com.
