- First-purchase and repeat-purchase rates are tracked separately.
- Refunded or charged-back orders reverse commission safely.

What is a completed referral?+
One unique referred customer counts once when their first successful paid order completes. Repeat orders do not increase your completed-referral count.
How long do I keep a referred customer?+
After a valid first successful referred purchase establishes ownership, eligible future purchases by that customer remain attributed to the same affiliate for lifetime.
Can I earn from people my referral later refers?+
No. Axion affiliates are single-level. If B was referred by A and B refers C, purchases by C pay B only.
What happens when a buyer uses a coupon?+
The affiliate buyer discount pauses while the valid coupon is applied. Attribution and affiliate commission remain active. Removing the coupon restores the affiliate buyer discount.
When can I withdraw commission?+
Commission begins in Holding for the configured refund/dispute period. It then becomes Available. Once the global minimum is reached, you can request your full available balance.
What happens after a refund or chargeback?+
Pending commission is reversed. If the related commission was already paid, the reversal is recorded as a negative adjustment against future earnings.
Can Axion change my tier?+
Automatic progression upgrades you when thresholds are met. Axion administrators can also promote or demote an affiliate and optionally lock a tier manually.
Can I refer myself?+
No. Exact self-referral is blocked and additional reasonable fraud signals may be reviewed before payout.
