This policy covers information collected through axionfunded.com, portal.axionfunded.com, the payment flow, Axion dashboards, emails, support requests and authorised integrations.

Axion and its providers may operate in multiple countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country, including in locations with different privacy laws.

Where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards such as adequacy decisions, approved contractual clauses, data-transfer agreements or another lawful mechanism. We also assess providers and apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and risk.

You may contact support@axionfunded.com for more information about the transfer mechanism relevant to your data.

We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure. Measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, least-privilege permissions, credential hashing, provider due diligence, backups and incident procedures.

No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your password, devices, email account and authentication methods. Do not send complete card details, passwords or private keys through support channels.

If a personal-data breach creates a legal notification obligation, Axion will notify affected people and authorities as required.

09

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • request access to personal information and information about its use;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion or restriction in certain circumstances;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent for future processing;
  • appeal or complain to an applicable privacy regulator; and

Submit a request to support@axionfunded.com. We may verify your identity and ask for details needed to locate the relevant records. Some information may be retained despite a deletion request where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or legal claims.

If UK data-protection law applies, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We encourage you to contact Axion first so we can try to resolve the issue.

10

Automated checks and profiling

Axion may use automated signals to detect suspicious logins, duplicate identities, payment fraud, sanctions risk, prohibited trading patterns, abuse of offers or technical manipulation. These tools help prioritise review and protect the platform.

Material decisions may involve human review, especially where a customer provides additional evidence or challenges a result. Where applicable law grants a right concerning solely automated decisions with significant effects, you may request information or human intervention.

11

Marketing, analytics and cookies

We use necessary technologies to operate secure sessions, remember checkout state and protect the service. With consent where required, we may use analytics to understand performance and marketing technologies to measure campaigns or show relevant advertising.

You can use the consent banner to accept or reject optional categories. Browser or device settings may also allow you to delete stored information or block technologies. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login, checkout or security functions from working.

More detail, including examples of identifiers and providers, is available in the Cookies Policy.

12

Age restrictions and children

Axion services are not directed to children and are available only to users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit a child to purchase or operate an Axion account.

If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact support@axionfunded.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13

Changes and contact details

We may update this policy when services, providers or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard or email.
