Important

Axion services are simulated. They do not remove the substantial financial, technical and psychological risks that may exist if you separately choose to trade real financial markets.

01

Simulated trading environment

Axion evaluations and funded-stage accounts operate under simulated conditions. Balances, equity, profits, losses, positions and account sizes displayed in the service are virtual metrics used to assess performance and discipline.

You do not own or control the displayed balance. Axion does not hold it as client money, and it cannot be withdrawn. A contractual reward, where approved, is paid by Axion from its own resources under the relevant programme terms.

Simulation can differ materially from live execution. It may not reproduce every liquidity condition, slippage event, market impact, rejection, latency issue, financing cost, emotional pressure or operational constraint present in a live account.

02

No investment, brokerage or advisory service

Axion does not accept investment deposits, execute live trades for you, manage your portfolio or provide personalised investment recommendations. Nothing on the website, dashboard, social channels, certificates, education or support communications should be interpreted as an offer or recommendation to trade a financial instrument.

You are responsible for obtaining independent financial, legal and tax advice appropriate to your circumstances. Information about instruments, strategies, risk limits or market behaviour is general and educational.

03

Real-market and leverage risk

If you independently trade real markets elsewhere, you may lose some or all of the money committed. Leveraged products can magnify losses, move rapidly, gap beyond expected prices and create obligations greater than an initial margin where protections do not apply.

  • Prices may move because of economic releases, political events, low liquidity, market closures or unexpected news.
  • Stop-loss orders may execute at a worse price or fail in extreme conditions.
  • Spreads, financing, commissions, conversion and execution costs can materially affect results.
  • Cryptoassets and certain derivatives may be especially volatile and may lack equivalent consumer protections.

Do not infer from an Axion account size or leverage setting that a similar amount or risk would be appropriate in a real account.

04

Past, hypothetical and simulated performance

Past performance, backtests, certificates, examples, leaderboard positions and simulated results do not guarantee future outcomes. Hypothetical results benefit from hindsight and may not reflect liquidity, behavioural pressure, fees or the ability to follow a strategy during adverse conditions.

Testimonials represent individual experiences and may not be typical. A trader can pass an evaluation and still lose money in a live environment. A trader can also fail an evaluation despite having a strategy that later performs differently.

05

Programme and rule risk

Axion programmes use objectives and restrictions such as daily loss, maximum loss, minimum days, prohibited strategies, inactivity limits and review requirements. A single action, market move or calculation can breach a rule and end an account.

Different programmes may calculate drawdown or objectives differently. You must review the exact rules displayed for the purchased plan. Selecting a larger account size or a programme with different limits does not reduce the need for disciplined risk management.

Technical dashboards and warnings are informational tools. You remain responsible for monitoring the account and allowing for data latency, open-position movement and calculation timing.

06

Reward eligibility and counterparty risk

A displayed simulated profit is not an account balance owed to you. A reward is conditional on rule compliance, identity and payment verification, review of trading activity, provider availability and lawful payment.

Reward processing may be delayed by investigations, incorrect payment details, sanctions screening, provider outages, bank review, blockchain congestion, disputes or tax documentation. Axion may reject a reward where the programme terms are not satisfied.

As with any contractual claim, there is counterparty and business-continuity risk. You should not rely on an expected reward to meet essential living costs, debt obligations or other commitments.

07

Technology, data and cybersecurity risk

Websites, trading platforms, market-data feeds, internet connections, devices, APIs and payment providers can fail or behave unexpectedly. Risks include latency, stale prices, dropped connections, duplicate requests, corrupted data, maintenance, cyberattacks and provider outages.

Axion may correct an obvious data or calculation error after review. Screenshots or locally displayed values do not override authoritative server and platform records.

Protect credentials and devices. Malware, phishing, compromised email, shared passwords or unauthorised remote access can result in account loss or disclosure of personal information.

08

Behavioural and psychological risk

Trading-style activities can encourage overconfidence, impulsive decisions, revenge trading, excessive screen time and attempts to recover losses quickly. Simulated balances may also reduce normal caution because they are not perceived as real money.

Use limits appropriate to your health and circumstances. Stop if participation causes distress, sleep disruption, financial pressure or compulsive behaviour. Axion programmes should not be funded with money needed for essential expenses.

09

Legal, regulatory and tax risk

Availability of simulated evaluation services and treatment of contractual rewards vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is permitted and whether registration, disclosure or tax obligations apply to you.

Axion may restrict jurisdictions, payment methods or features because of law, sanctions, provider rules or risk appetite. A service being technically accessible from a country does not mean it is legally offered there.

Rewards, discounts or reimbursements may be taxable. Axion does not provide personal tax advice and may be required to collect or report information.

10

Your decision and acknowledgement

Before purchasing, consider your experience, objectives, financial circumstances, technical setup and ability to comply with programme rules. Read the Terms & Conditions and the specific plan details.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • the evaluation is simulated and is not an investment;
  • fees may be lost if you fail or breach the rules;
  • no outcome, progression or reward is guaranteed;
  • simulated success does not establish suitability for live trading; and
  • you are solely responsible for any separate decision to trade real markets.
